Past and Present

Leica MM 246, ISO 1600 f2.8 1/250 50mm summilux

I love how pictures can bring back past memories.

This is my fathers snake, the snake he brought home 13 years ago, 6 months before his death.

Every time I see him, it reminds me of the day we picked it up and it actually almost died on the way home.  It was maybe 8 inches long.
