Onward

You might wonder what is going on with the sky in this image.  The image was taken early morning and smoke from nearby fires in British Columbia had covered the area.  I obviously felt bad about the wild fires but from a photography standpoint it allowed for me to easily take an image in which the foreground was very clear and the background was in a slight haze.

The Photographer part 2

Yesterday’s post, I captured a photographer capturing an image of Moraine Lake.  Today, this photographer was capturing an image of Lake Louise and its wonderful reflections.  I walking around attempting to capture different views of the clouds and reflection and noticed this gentlemen sitting here.  He stayed long enough for me to capture this image.

Beautiful Sunset

Almost a year ago my wife and I were sitting in our living room and I looked out the window and noticed a beautiful cloud formation.  We rushed into the car and drove west.  I was able to capture this with my 35mm summicron.
